Need help with math HAHA
errrm... so yeah
i sorta have a math 11 final tomorrow and i think off topic is the perfect place for this thread  HEEEEELP!! Teacher said something like this question is going to be on it.. so. yeah. The height of a golf ball after a golfer hits it with an iron can be described approximately by the function h(t) = -5t² + 20t where h(t) metres is the height, t seconds after the ball is struck. a) What is the maximum height of the ball? b) How many seconds after impact is this height reached? c) How many seconds is the ball in the air? Come on math people, show me what you got! ha ha ha PS. yes, i know this is some of the most random sh*t ever. :P |
